Thank you for giving me the honor of being your voice for another term. Over the past several years, we’ve worked together to deliver wins for our neighborhoods on public safety, the economy, infrastructure, and healthcare. We’ve won millions to build security districts, protect victims, and expedite police response; built a new power substation to finally bring reliable power to Sewerage and Water Board; ended the unfair pink tax, mandated parental leave for public servants, funded early childhood education and built a new Behavior Health Center at Children’s Hospital – all while protecting Medicaid and access to quality health care.
Baton Rouge can be rough, but by working together we’ve built positive change here and throughout New Orleans. Thank you for giving me the honor of serving you.
